I a m so happy and honoured t o see that m y friend Rev. Fr. Dr. S .RAJASEKARAN has written a book on “Pathway t o Success.” First thing that struck me when I read this book is the sixteenth chapter. It is about “Focus + Hard work + Good habits = Success.” Then only I realized that the quote “When you read a book actually it reads you”, stands true for this book.

Every one wants t o taste success in life which is not easy. When a child takes a step, first time in its life, we could see a broad smile on its face. So also, a successful person enjoys satisfaction and motivation to become a good human being. Teachers become real motivators to students who teach them all the skills required for their life. A successful teacher makes successful students.

Success is a journey not a destination. The size or number o f pages in a book is not important; it’s the content that truly matters. Though the book has only 74 pages, it contains lot of values, information and motivation that can be beneficial to the students’ community. It’s not just another book to read and set aside, but it’s the kind o f book that a person uses, to reflect, put into practice and read again and again to become a part of the students’ life. This book is not only for learners, it’s highly useful for teachers to understand the students’ society better today.

Success is like a honey comb. It will not come easily. Smart work with determination will bring success in any walk of life. The author has expressed his views and reflections with authenticity to the students’ community, highlighting the various aspects students should follow with total determination to become successful i n life. The book speaks about Reading, Learning from the beginning, Learning many languages, Moral values, Classroom motivation etc…

When you become a successful person in life share it with others. Because many people have played a vital role in your success. When you meet with failures take the responsibility to yourself. Don’t blame others. Because people want to share your success not failures. The author has been writing books passionately, purely as a service to students, with the aim of helping them become successful in life. Each topic is presented in a detailed, informative and highly practical manner. This book will also be of immense use to millions of students and I strongly recommend that they make the best use of it. I congratulate Rev. Fr. Dr. S . RAJASEKARAN for coming up with such an informative and helpful guide for future generations. His effort is priceless and his noble service should continue to help future generations.
